NetSetGo Registrations (age group: 7, 8 and 9)
Note: NSG is played on a Friday night at the Kellyville Netball Complex. Games start from 6:15pm.
Registration for 2025 COMING SOON!
Includes:
- Players turning 7, 8 or 9 years of age in 2025 (born 2016, 2017 or 2018). Weekly training and an ungraded game with modified rules on a Friday evening.
- Players turning 9 years may be required to attend the Team Placement Day.
- Training for all NetSetGO! is at Oakhill Drive Public School, Tuesday evenings 6:30-8pm.
Players receive a participation pack that contains a T-Shirt so remember to nominate your child’s size when registering. These are directly mailed to you during the season, so please provide your correct address.

Junior Registrations (age groups: 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, Intermediate: 15-19 years)

Includes:
- Players turning 10 – 17 years of age in 2025 (born 2008 – 2015). Weekly training and a graded competition game on a Saturday (Intermediate teams play afternoons).
- Players may be required to attend the Team Placement Day.

Seniors Registration 16 years+
Registration for 2025 COMING SOON!
Open Grade (16 years+) players may register as a team or as individual players. A minimum of seven (7) registered players & a nominated Team Co-coordinator (must be over 18 years) is required for team registration. All players nominated must have already completed the online individual player registration and paid the full registration fee. If ODNC are unable to place an individual player in a team then a full refund will be provided.
Team Co-ordinators should email Team Registration Forms to registrar@nulloakhillnetball.com at the time of registration.
*Weekly training is optional.

How to Register Online
Registration for 2025 COMING SOON!
Cost: $320 per player for 7-17 years in 2025
$345 per player 18 years and over in 2025
Full payment is required at the time of registration.
The player registration fee incorporates fees payable to Netball NSW, Baulkham Hills Netball Association, Oakhill Drive Netball Club & an umpiring levy for each team. Uniform costs are not included (Refer to our Uniforms page for information on ordering).
A compulsory Sporting Injury Cover insurance is included however, this is NOT a full medical cover and is only a portion of the balance outstanding after Medicare and/or Private Health Insurance claims have been paid – please refer to the BHNSA website for more information http://www.willisnetball.com
All NEW Registering Players Require (age 7 years and above):
- Proof of Age Document – photocopy of birth certificate / passport / citizenship. This can be sent to registrar@nulloakhillnetball.com
- 1 x electronic ID photo as part of registration.
- Full payment is due at the time of registration.
Registering Players Require an Electronic ID Photo:
ALL players in 2024 are required to provide an electronic ID photo as part of registration. Registration is not complete until this photo has been received.
Photos should be a standard passport style head and shoulders photo.
Team Placement Day (Grading):
Team Placement Day will be held on Sunday 18th February, 2024 at Oakhill Drive Public School.
Players aged 9 years to 17 years are required to attend grading unless otherwise advised.
The ODNC Grading Committee will assess the number of registrations received for each age group to determine if team grading is required. You will be contacted via email by a member of the grading committee to confirm the time your age group is required to attend grading day.
Team allocations will be advertised on the ODNC Website by 21st March, 2024, once the ODNC teams are submitted to the Baulkham Hills Netball Association.
Appropriate grades are then allocated based on the results of the previous season and the draw will be issued 8th April, 2024.

Training:
Weekly training is held at Oakhill Drive Public School or another specified local venue. Parents/Guardians must either remain at the venue during training and competition games, or organise for adequate supervision of children under 18 years of age by another responsible adult.
If in times of accident or illness when the parent/guardian cannot be contacted, a representative of ODNC will seek qualified medical attention as may be required for the child and any subsequent costs incurred will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
Game Venue:
Kellyville Netball Complex, Wellgate Ave KELLYVILLE
Season:
Players turning 7, 8 or 9 years – competition is played on a Friday evening. Commencement date is Friday 3rd May, 2024.
Players turning 10 years and above – competition is played on a Saturday. Commencement date is Saturday 4th May, 2024.
Responsibilities:
When you register your child to play netball with Oakhill Drive Netball Club there are a few responsibilities that you have taken on, on behalf of your child. They include:
- Making sure your child is available to play with the team every Friday or Saturday during the netball season and is on time for all games.
- Ensuring you child attends practice regularly and is collected punctually afterwards.
- Making sure your child is in full Oakhill Drive Netball Club uniform for all games.
- Reinforcing and abiding by the players and spectators codes of conduct and encouraging fair play.
- Assisting your child’s team where possible (a team cannot be registered without a coach, an umpire and a manager) – parent help is vital to the success of our club and your child’s team.
Registration:
Any player wishing to deregister for the 2024 season prior to 10th February 2024 will be charged a non-refundable administration fee. Any player requiring deregistration after 26th February 2024 will be charged the administration fee plus the Netball NSW component of the registration fees. Players who withdraw after teams are lodged with BHSNA forfeit a further $50 and cannot register with any other BHSNA club in 2024.
Any request for deregistration must be submitted in writing to the ODNC Registrar and will be considered and approved by the ODNC Committee.
